This Privacy Notice describes how Skyway Underwriters LLC handles information collected through skyway.com. It covers this website. Information you provide in the course of an insurance transaction, through your broker or the claims process, is governed by the privacy practices of the relevant carrier and claims administrator and by applicable insurance privacy laws.

What we collect
Through forms on this site, we collect name, email, phone (optional), agency information, and the message text you provide. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to operate and secure the site. This site does not collect financial data, payment information, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal information.

How contact works on this site
This site has no forms. Contact, appointment requests, and submissions all happen by email, sent from your own mail account. This website does not run a form server and does not store what you type.
How we use information
We use the information you submit to respond to inquiries, evaluate appointment requests, and route submissions to the appropriate underwriter or business team. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and local storage
skyway.com sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The first time you visit, a banner asks how the site may use storage. Your answer is saved in your browser's local storage under a single key, and that record is the only thing this site stores on your device. It never leaves your browser.
If we add traffic measurement in the future, it will run only for visitors who chose Accept, and this notice will be updated to name the tool and what it records. Change your choice at any time with Cookie Preferences in the footer.
Service providers and external sites
- Vercel hosts this site and processes standard server logs on our behalf.
- Sedgwickoperates the claims intake portal. When you report a claim there, Sedgwick's privacy practices govern that submission.
- Paylocityoperates the careers application system. Applications submitted there are governed by Paylocity's privacy practices.
Links to external sites (including the Sedgwick claims intake and the National Hurricane Center) leave skyway.com; their notices apply once you are there.
We don't sell or share personal information
Skyway does not sell personal information and does not share it for targeted advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws. Because there is no sale or sharing, opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control require no additional action, and we treat them as confirmation of that default.
Your privacy rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by writing to privacy@skyway.com. We verify and honor requests regardless of which state you live in. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with consumer privacy laws may have additional rights under those laws, including the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising them. We will respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires, and within 45 days in any case.
Children
This site serves commercial insurance professionals and policyholders. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided information through this site, write to privacy@skyway.com and we will delete it.
Security and retention
The site is served over HTTPS with a strict Content Security Policy and modern security headers. We keep correspondence you send us only as long as needed to handle the inquiry and meet legal and regulatory obligations, then delete it.
Changes to this notice
When this notice changes, we post the new version here with a new effective date. Material changes to what we collect or how we use it will be flagged on this page.
